Starting assist travel & transport for the first time can feel like a lot. Here's exactly how the first month unfolds with Talent Care, so nothing comes as a surprise.

Week one is about getting to know each other. We do a no-pressure home visit, talk through your routine, preferences and goals, and answer every NDIS question — even the ones you feel silly asking.

By week two we've matched you with one or two regular support workers and walked them through your plan in detail. They shadow your first shift so the handover is seamless.

From week three onwards, your rostered team locks in. Your local coordinator checks in fortnightly for the first three months to fine-tune anything that isn't quite right.
