Stats don't tell the story of good support — families do. Here's one of ours.

When the Nguyen family from Bankstown first enquired about assist access & maintain employment, mum Lien said she "just wanted Tuesdays back". After 18 months of juggling work, school runs and her son Theo's care, she was running on fumes.

Six months in, Theo has two regular support workers he genuinely looks forward to seeing. Tuesday afternoons are now Lien's quiet hours — coffee, a long walk and a book.
